I think it’s a combination of factors. I think it’s price, it’s PE versions, saving in financial crisis, etc. I personally think it’s interest in video games and social media more than anything. Those things are made to be addictive. And parents shove iPads up kids butts from the time they’re really little. So that just contributes to the video game and social media addictions. With that addiction, kids have very little to no interest in sports. The addiction also stops kids from going outside getting regular exercise which that in turn leads to weight gain. Like 1 in 5 kids these days are obese. And obesity increases with age. How are any obese kids/young adults gonna connect with super in shape athlete's and then wanna wear their shoes?
