South Park Season 19 Thread 9/16

That shot at Isaac Hayes, though.:lol
He was in a cult though.

:lol
That's two days detention, Mister.
Aw, raspberries.

She got fired in show and story wise she was one of the least funny or interesting characters that regularly showed up.

Women in this are and economically disadvantaged brah and one losing her job isn't something anyone should take lightly. She just can't go out like you and find another other that will compensate her the same, like you can

Check you privilege brah :smokin
:lol

I need to see PC principal get checked for his privilege when he attempts to check somebody else's privilege.

I don't know why, but when Cartman said 'What's wrong, Stan? Have your cake...and eat it too.' I was :rollin

I forgot how much I love this show.

Well the episode certainly started a dialogue ao they truly do get to have their cake and eat it too.

The PC stuff is definitely OD now. I mean when college kids find seinfeld too close to the edge and vulgar there is an issue.

I agree with alot of what rusty said however it was still a point blank attack on political correctness to a degree. Not just the exaggerated PC brah version. But yes the main takeway is that super PC people come off as thought police and can be very dangerous just like biggots.

Congratulations on your first BuzzFeed post!

giselle hella cheeks and overrated. man features with a man voice. that's a boy damon

It's so great to see the constant development of Mr. Garrison. Son is parodying Donal Trump now :lol He use to be a shemale.

I'm guessing PC Principal must be on a vacation for this ep or dumb enough to fool in to thinking this isn't more discrimination.

i feel like they starting with a political correctness episode because PC has gotten so bad that it might have been a detriment to a cartoon (south park) weve all grown up to enjoy and find humor in.

i dunno about any of you but this PC BS has gotten out of hand and it happened real quick.

so i think for their sake they put that episode out their to kind of hedge themselves for the rest of the season.

where in years past they could straight out come out and abuse the caitlyn jenner situation, now because of PC BRAHS they have to maneuver themselves to not be ripped on by the public.

I said the first episode was good not amazing but i've seen it twice since then and it is actually amazing.

I don't think those guys give a **** what anyone thinks or says about them. :lol they are going to do what they want regardless.

The way they portray Canadiens in this show is great :lol "Stop Buddy" :lol the square wheels on cars.

Episode was alright though, nothing special imo

Yo it's like what's going on in the world was this perfect storm to make this season the best the way this writing is at such a high level.

This ep was great and I laughed at just about everything until Garrison raped Canadian Trump :{ :x

The immigrants being Canadians :lol

Canada making the wall first :rollin

Canadians weird *** customs throughout with that music :lol P = buddy in their alphabet :rollin

Kyle and his speeches getting shunned :lol

Cartman's wild conspiracy about Kyle, talking about him like he aint there :rollin

The whole commentary about Canadians thinking Canadian Trump was a joke until it was too late :lol

Oh yeah, how Bruce/Cate Jenner looked and making fun of the face that he killed a woman in that car accident :rollin

Slow Cosby = love :rollin

Sorry not sorry

"There were several candidates during the Canadian elections. One of them was this brash ******* who just spoke his mind. He didn't really offer any solutions, he just said outrageous things. We... thought it was funny. Nobody ever thought he'd ever be president. It was a joke! But we just let the joke go on for too long. He kept gaining momentum, and by the time we were all ready to say: "Okay, let's get serious now, who should really be president?", he was already being sworn into office. We weren't paying attention. We weren't paying attention!!"
So on point.

Walked in on Garrison violating a Canadian

I wish they'd tone down the social commentary. I just want to see a weird episode contained in their own world. Like the devil popping up, cartman being the ****, or some other ****. All this commentary is too easy for them and is too blatant. To me, it makes it seem like they're not fully invested in this anymore and are just doing it because it's easy for them.

Canada building the wall first w/ their version of trump had me dying. Also, cartman going conspiracy mode.

2/2 :smokin

Dog, I didn't even laugh when he said that. Too much real life.:lol

It had laughs all over the place but i do understand the poeple who want a self contained episode. The social commentary episodes don't have that timeless quality.

The best South Park episodes are the ones with social commentary. And their presidential election episodes are hilarious. Who can forget this classic from "the biggest election ever":

They also covered the immigration issue once before:

Their non-social commentary issue episodes resort to toilet humor, which you can only milk so much.

I think the Gooback episode is top 5 for me.

"NO! I WANT A GODDAMN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND GODDAMN FRIES YOU ******* GOO-BACKS!"

:lol between that and the rednecks talking about global warming I was done.
