I think it was last season when Brooke's character first showed up and was giving the club trouble. They talked to her dad I think about it.

I haven't seen episode 9 yet but after all is said and done I'm gonna guess that Juice will end up in jail forever serving the club like Otto aka Kurt Sutter

It didn't.

The guy who Jax helped keep his house was the husband of her. She died in the accident, the daughter blamed Samcro for her death so she attacked the clubhouse.

We still don't know who the homeless lady is or what her purpose on the show is.
