He's talking about that dude Berner from the bay. Dude is a certified herb (pun intended). Wild reckless with his +%!%. Made a few videos smoking out Wiz and the rest of his crew. Even showed up to his show and brought out a plant. I'm all for marijuana use and enjoy it just as much as the next person, but even in a state as lenient as Cali, you have to know there are eyes watching your moves.Originally Posted by cs02132

I dont smoke weed at all. Im mad b/c the Obama administration guaranteed they would stay out of this. More important, this takes money away from California. We are already broke, now the taxes that were paid by the dispensaries are gone. If certain clubs were shipping weed to other states they should be punished and shut down. Shutting them all down is ridiculous.

You say it like they opened up a pastry cafe and the Government passed a bill to make those illegal. Its MARIJUANA.
The Federal Government has never considered these places to be legal in the first place. The State did. This is why you see these things raided by the Feds once in awhile. Its not illegal to have them under State law but it's illegal under federal law. The conflict there doesn't worry you about potential repercussions? Ultimately the Feds are going to have final say on anything. People who are outraged and shocked are people who are naive to think a little bit of rope is going to last forever.
The investment in this is no different from people investing in any other sole proprietorship. There is always a risk involved. Government will not bail out a Mom and Pop coffee shop, why should they bail these Marijuana shops out?

What the hell are you talking about? If they were thinking with their wallet they would have passed it so we could have taxed the weed. People (particular older folks) don't want to see weed legal because they still have their negative stereotypes.
Anyways this is all a ruse. Less medical marijuana shops = More street dealers= More $$$ for Mexican cartel
