Buddhism, Hinduism, and Greek mythology existed before Christianity. I'd say the same for Egyptian mythology and if not it was around the same time as Christianity.

Furthermore, I'd hope you see the purpose of the list in that the stories of Jesus are not original, discrediting that they even happened. We didn't even have ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION for humans until the 1970s!!! 
Most of the iconography in the modern religions was created during the middle/dark ages during a time to separate themselves into new religions.

His face was used by his father Pope Alexander VI to become the modern face of Jesus to combat the predominating image of Jesus being a man who looked (according to scripture) like at that time the modern muslim (hair of wool, olive skin!) during the crusades of that time in the 1400s!!!  They had to give an image of european/white/male dominance!

It's called artificial insemination. And the actual word "sex" occurs when genetic traits mix. So yes sex occurs during artificial insemination, from a scientific standpoint. But science is clearly something that is left out of consideration when you "preach"
