SEATTLE SEAHAWKS THREAD

Christine Michael talking there with Marshawn. He just wants to play.

I think the plan was to have him play had they built a large lead, he maybe gets some carries in the 2nd half, but of course the game was closer than expected. Then in the 4th qtr Lynch was eating, Turbin sporadically snacking, that **** must have burned a bit if you're Christine. I don't know why he doesn't get any run, man.

Maybe he can't block yet?  We can't exactly take risks with that right now.

Now we get to chill and hope for the 9ers and Saints to lose.

Has to be pass blocking...which I understand

Still think they could use him in some packages

Thats the only thing I could see holding them back, but then again, you dont just have to bring him in just to pass protect.

The Arizona game is totally winnable. Hopefully the D will remain stout. Palmer is a turnover machine and Hawks should benefit from that.

Gonna be a tough one. Will be relieved to get out of it if we win.

Vegas likes Seattle at -4.5

Want to note Luke Wilson/Kellen Davis both had great games. Wilson did a little bit of everything today, even lead block a few times for Lynch but he's starting to assert himself as a legit pass catching option for Russell. He's sure handed and runs like a slightly overweight WR

On the final drive he had a crucial block to spring Turbin free for about 15 yards. Davis had a great block on the Marshawn run at the end there to ice the game, too.

Making the absence of Zach Miller seem minuscule

Loved Luke Willson's blocking. Anything Kellen Davis does has to be better than last week.

Teams are starting to make it look easy on Browner, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say the hammy isn't 100% but you can't keep getting burnt out there so I thought he deserved to get benched yesterday. Thurmond and Maxwell filled in nicely, now 5th rd pick Tharold Simon is eligible to get activated off the PUP so there's more options coming.

From the PC presser:
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll told reporters late Sunday that Percy Harvin's (hip) return is "just around the corner."
This doesn't really help us to determine a targeted timetable, but it's time to grab Harvin off waivers if he's still unowned in your league. Carroll's optimistic words come just days after he tried throwing cold water on Harvin's public goal of returning in Week 7. Harvin can be activated off the PUP list on Monday
MNF week 8...please...
