I read today that Kam's mom only met his dad ONE time.
Not a good look on either part

It's a prime time game. I don't see why we can't win.

We want those people that are passionate about our team and supporting us. It comes with the territory. I played quarterback, and you know that guy's going to get more credit than he deserves, and more people are going to be on him when you don't win. It's the same as what I'm doing. I'm totally confident in what I'm doing. I'm totally confident that I'm getting our team in the best position to win, and I'm glad she's passionate about us.”
Coach Pete Carroll agreed.
“I haven't seen the actual comments but mom looking out after her kid, there ain't nothing wrong with that,” he said. “There's a lot of passion with our following and the 12s, and with the family members and all. Think where media is today. It's kind of your guys' world, but anyways. It's just something that I'm sure she has strong feelings, and I don't blame her for having strong feelings, she's a mom.”

Michael Bennett on Chancellor's situation says with a wife and three kids "my wife wouldn't let me holdout."
It's just a bait and switch tactic, because anyone who's had any involvement in urban community politics knows that black-on-black crime is an issue that's talked about all the time. It has nothing to do with the murder and abuse of people by police officers.
It is refreshing and I'm glad they're using their forum to speak on this.
I just roll my eyes when folks start saying what about black on black crime
Yes we need to do better in our own communities but that should not be mutually exclusive to the police brutality/murder of the citizens of this country...especially black men.
and #alllivesmatter is a farce. When a white kid was gunned down by police for having some weed, that crowd didnt say a word...no outrage whatsoever (when there should have been if all lives really matter)
It just sets off the notion that if two kids in Chicago stop shooting each other than a cop in South Carolina will take further precautions to not shoot an elderly black men in the back?
Sherm has his opinion and there's some valid points he has...but that one in particular will always irk me
