Got just enough points to let our defense hold it down..

Wasn't convincing.. But I'll take it..

Play calling was attrocious, Wilson looked like it was the first start of his career, Harvin got murked and we still won.

Hats off to the Saints, they bottled up Wilson when it mattered and made a game of it.

And I know I'm not the only one that damn near had a stroke when Tate botched the onsides recovery. Onward to the NFC Championship!

Honestly just got mad watching this game lol offense was driving me crazy! They looked so bad today. Ever since that Arizona game they seemed to have lost a step. Russell not looking the same at all.

Bevell never fails to disappoint as well. They tried to force it to Percy way too much early I thought (i.e bubble screen second play of the game). Russ put him in some horrible situations which didn't help either.... Hope the guy is ready to go next week.

Can't be too upset with a win though. Only one more to get to the Super Bowl, this defense will take us far.

I lied, I didn't actually wear my Wilson shirt, I took it off and set it on the opposite side of the room so I wouldn't funk it up with gumbo I was eating. Hmmm...interesting

I'm pretty sure my neighbors heard my loud profanity after that play!

Looking forward to the rematch...

I wonder when the panthers and Seahawks will be scheduled to play next season. Should be a good rematch though.

Seattles defense and that home field advantage is something else. I've grown used to seeing the crowd noise have an effect on kaepernick in games but he's a young qb early in his career so I could see how it could impact him but to see it rattle drew Brees during parts of the game is impressive. That 12th man is something else.

On another note I seen like 10 dudes with Seahawks #12 jerseys here in New York by union square earlier today.

The Seahawks did their part. Hopefully the 49ers do there' part tomorrow and both fanbases get what we've both been looking for and wanting.

Just finished watching the game...

Couldn't imagine watching this live...

Tate definitely had a bad day.

They were running those slants every single third down and he couldn't get open, also.

BTW gotta give props to Bobby Wagner, he was everywhere yesterday.

Dude was a force, especially against the run. I think we'll need KJ out there to shore up the run defense just a bit..a bit too often I saw Bruce getting pushed back. Almost reminded me of the ATL game last season.

Alvin Bailey is a monster too. Can't believe how effective he was for his 1st start at LG, no coincidence Marshawn had a great day running the ball, either.

Actually, he was warming up in our area," Irvin said, "and I asked him to move, and he said, 'I'm Jimmy.' So I knocked the ball out of his hand and I kicked it across the field. So that's how it started. That's how it started."
Wait a minute. He said, "I'm Jimmy?"

"He said, 'I'm Jimmy,' " Irvin said, "And I was like, 'Who the (heckfire) is Jimmy?' So I knocked the ball out and kicked it across the field. And that's when he took my hat off."

Irvin was wearing a ski mask that covered most of his face, but he had a hat that was knocked off.

"He just popped it off," Irvin said.

Only one question left: How would Irvin evaluate his boot of the ball Graham was warming up with?

"More like a little inside-the-20-type of kick," Irvin said. "We're on the 50-yard line trying to down 'em and it's in the red-zone area. That type of kick."

Personal fouls for the NFC championship game, how many do you think? I'm saying at least 4.

The fewer flags the better. We don't need any of that soft-Harbaugh nonsense.

Had to pass up on going to the game this weekend for face value. Just couldn't afford it especially the drive to and from Portland... Can't wait for Sunday though! Way too many miner fans around my way..."we have more rings!!!"
