I believe the Tassie Devils were non made in the USA 998's. There are some other too but not many that I know of.

That aint navy, the side panel is tho hahaha.
I still stand by my statement that i'm not impressed, a couple of details never seen in a 998 before but they still are whatever. I really like the side panel and really hate the color on the toe
