Don't post on NT much anymore but came to pay my respects to Phife.
ATCQ is still part of my musical diet day in & day out.
I remember getting outta high school the day Low End Theory was released rushing to Kemp Mill to cop the new album & tearing open the giant card board box the CD came in. Since then, I've went thru 4-5 CDs of that album alone because I wore them out playing them so much.
I'm glad to have seen them a lot of times over the years especially a couple of times during their reunion tour a couple of years back.
RIP to a truly original emcee. The dude was so clever with his word play & I loved the sports references in his rhymes.

RIP Phife Dawg. Only had the opportunity to catch Tribe in concert once back in the mid 90's. Just glad I was able to see him perform live once. Whatever is your upper echelon for Hip Hop Phife Dawg/#ATCQ is definitely in it.
