The song is fire....the visuals and story are intriguing and these kids love rebellious dumb ****.

That’s all it is. There’s a mystique about a criminal on the run for murder making a song about the exact topic. Literally, the meaning of “notorious”.

It’s bigger than that to me...This ***** is clearly being promoted and has some type of team behind him. Between everybody remixing the track, to countless A list rappers on snap grooving to it, to even having the track featured on Atlanta, she just seem like a big *** April fools joke. If he beat the body imma need an explanation.

It's definitely in the discussion for most impactful but I don't understand how he would be an important artist. He had 3-4 bangers and then was pretty much gone. Can't really rap either.

Chief Keef & Lil B really ushered in the new era of rap though, I see where he's coming from.

Both icons that will never get their proper due.

Keef only gets so much crazy but saying he's the most important artist of the last 10 years is Ak levels of ignance

Nipsey comes off like Meek to me sometimes. They say one thing in interviews and then do other stuff that makes them look corny.

They keep making Ak bigger than he is. It just builds him up more. And makes his opinion and platform hold more weight.

Future doesn't

but I think Drake did

because he has a bunch of non-singing rappin crooners and corny dudes now out in R&B and rap

Future definitely got influence, so does Meek, I would say it depends on who or what you wanna say Keef influenced

Future took that trap melodic sound to another level, I guess you can debate who was the pioneer of it though

Meek got the street, raw/crossover appeal

Exactly, I'm sure if his album wasn't out he wouldn't even address these things.
