I do recall Ross publically backing Meek during the drake beef.
Rap blogs/ media actually made a relatively big deal about Ross and Drake talking on the phone again to somewhat squash the beef and work on the Drake/ Ross album they've been teasing since Take Care.
Ross also held Meek down a lot while he was locked up (post the battle).

Ross is Ross and nothing is taking that away from him but Meek probably appeals to the kids a lil bit more. Ross is surely an elder statesman in rap now.
Meek is actively trying his best to be the 3rd member of this Lil Baby and Durkio team.

It’s a good song but that flow is tired as hell… Same ****, different beat. Same subject matter. Richard Mille this, trenches that. I repeat, it’s a good song but it sound like 100 other Meek tracks.

He deleted it like 30 seconds after he posted it and dissed Drake multiple times on Meek’s behalf and he really was the one with the most to lose because him and Drake make magic together.

Snoop got the most underrated discography in Hip Hop. People try always try to attach him to just Doggystyle, but that's his 3rd best album. I would say 4th behind Tha Doggfather, but I don't want the smoke rn.
And someone really could argue 5th after Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, but I'm the messenger.
