I don't know much about the law so I'm just talking out of my nuts but I feel like the time passing since the incident, 3 people's DNA being on the murder weapon and Tax pleading guilty will mean he will only really get time for having the gun which still may be a wrap for him as a two time felon.

I could see him doing 5-10 minus time served which won't kill his career but definitely won't be the one he could have had.

The Manhattan U.S. Attorney's office did not charge Tax with murder, but they do believe he brought the firearm into the venue and "fired one shot that killed Ronald McPhatter," Troy Ave's bodyguard who died in the crossifre. The legal team also says DNA was discovered from the 31-year-old podcast personality on the weapon that left McPhatter dead.

If Tax is convicted of the charges, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

McPhatter died from his injuries in the shooting, and prosecutors also say DNA from Troy Ave, Ronald McPhatter and Darryl Campbell all show up on the murder weapon.

He plead to weapons charges. Not Murder.
 
yeah, they had troy on the murder charge before tax was arrested if I remember correctly

troys side was trying to get witnesses to convey otherwise but I don’t think any are willing to testify

tax got hit with buying the weapon out of state and bringing it to the venue

but it doesn’t seem it’s much proof who shot the fatal shot

think it’ll all come down to which side paints the best story
 
Come on, dog. This is a federal case. There’s more than enough circumstantial evidence to draw a conclusion legally.

I love what Tax did for podcasting, but the ****** a moron. And if we’re honest about it, if Tax didn’t pull the trigger, he created the whole beef and moved the murder weapon across state lines.

Tax gonna be sitting for a while.

It's disturbing how grown adults are so enamored with celebrities. Dude was a podcaster who talked a good game, nothing more.

I don't think dudes have lived enough where they haven't run in to dudes who talk a lot. Then you realize, it's just talk. Dude in jail is still just talking. It's a con, he might even believe it and convinced themselves. They tell you everything you should be doing in your life, but don't follow it in their own.

Dude is in jail thinking he's better than the other inmates and has more self-awareness, because he read a couple of books. Look at the opportunities he had for legit money. And the reason he lost it all. Who is the bigger fool?
 
Boskoe 100 screams hater to me. He wants that spotlight. I'm not a fan, his accent is the funniest thing to me.

Gillie would be a dope replacement, that's a good one.

Tax thinks he's smarter than he really is. He sounds dumb as **** at times. Cool you read but you had a few huge deals in the works that would have easily changed everything. Watching his rise is crazy but his fall was even crazier.

Prime examples why I don’t hang with males, nowadays. Gossip more than women, cry too much, always recording stuff, straight h*oe ish
