Birdman don’t even rap. Dude talks over beats and **** be sounding hard.

Imagine being young and having him just talk to you. Them New signees were bagged up after 2 or 3 pleighbois. Gift of gab goes a long way.

It has to be a combination of that upfront bag and these young ___s not doing their homework :lol

In Thug and Youngboy's cases it at least seems like they're not signing any longterm recording contracts.

You’re catapulting a bit. Me saying that Hov moves in circles of money doesn’t mean that he only moves in money circles. Of course there are instances of people around him who have remained solid. But it’s silly to dismiss the fact that there are also ones who have fallen from his good graces when times got tough for them.

Relax Joe. Save that **** for the podcast.

He used Weinstein to put out a documentary about Kalief. Seriously. That's baffling to read from another black person.

Yg picked a Terrible week to drop. Whole timeline is just astroworld lol

They don't have the same lane. The week didn't matter.

Literally

Birdman will come off that bag on the front end. And he just a street _ that can actually relate so if you also from the streets that kinda disarms you and make you feel a lil more comfortable.

The a&r (Orlando Wharton) at Atlantic who managed to grab Fetty Wap, A Boogie, Kodak, Shoreline Mafia etc is a _ from the streets. That perspective/background is hella valuable in a industry where a lot of these execs don't look like you, talk like you or really even understand where you coming from

I was talking with someone about Rapper and their live performance.

A lot of it is lack lusting...NAS is a terrible performer.

These are some of the best entertainers as it relates to hip hop I've experienced.

Didn't expect to like YG's album this much, but .....sheesh. I mess with this album heavy. Some bangers on here.

Unfortunately he'll be underneath the giant shadow of Astroworld all weekend. Travis dropped a monster.

Well he must’ve gave Birdman something if he had him posing naked on mixtape covers
Gave him exposure. That rich gang **** helped put him out there for some people. Probably tried to lure him in by tossing him money and keeping him close. People do it all the time.

Rakim was terrible to me also. From an era when you actually had to be dope. Not like Kane or KRS. Chuck D, Doug E, LL. Rakim was just too cool for school, no energy. It's cool on the mic, not in concert.

But it becomes a point where you have so many hits you become a good performer. Jay is like that. You're there more for the discography than the show.

I've seen Doug E Fresh...Man talk about a true MC. He's able to bring out the energy from the crowd.

I have yet to make it to a Jay concert because of this...However, I would love to make it to 'Ye's concert. Heard it's like a movie production. :lol

Another enjoyable concert for me was Outkast reunion with Dungeon Family.

Naw disagree, they don’t have the same sound of course but the same people who are checking for Yg are checking for Travis first and NOT vice versa.

Go look at social media , everybody is literally saying “I’ll get to YG after, YG gotta wait , etc.”

Travis has a broad fan base that includes Yg fans
