I'm glad he's free but he's way past his prime. Rather than having his content mature like other artists of his time period he has stayed the same. I'd be surprised if this album does well commercially.

That’s actually a plus, for him. Commercial/popular music nowadays is perfectly suitable for Wayne. Simple hooks, verses, production, etc. drug induced content.

It’s tailormade for him to succeed. It would reflect more on his lack of ability to catch on with the newer acts, if he doesn’t thrive. He’s a year older than Future (like 35 years old). If he fails, it’ll be an embarrassment to his creed.

Idk man, the Wayne heads of his run 10+ years ago have grown up. As a former Wayne stan I would much rather him drop an album full of "Hustler Muzik" type bars than a "No Worries" where he just talks about eating cat all day. I'm not sure this new generation of rap fans is checking for Wayne like that since he has been pretty quiet since C4 which wasn't all that well received. I expect a dud.
