But I do give him credit for that. No argument there, he's taking care of the football. But what is adding the 2,500 yards thru TWELVE games doin? That's 200 yards a game.

Teams that draft them usually a) are starting from way behind, b) don’t invest properly, and c) the coaching carousel that results disrupts development

I get that some of these guys are drafted high because they're supposed to raise the floor of the incompetence around them so there's some accountability when they don't produce on the field but these some of these franchises just make it an art to completely ruin everything they touch

That’s why the same teams always pick at the top, they have no idea how to develop players or put em in good positions…Just moving from a clueless org to a decent one can raise a QB to serviceable, and if the team actually solid they can have a good year or make the playoffs
This is only true for the QB’s that have shown some flashes or had good stretches of play tho…Some QB’s just suck, but it’s each to spot them

So if these trash teams draft QB's and expect them to be saviors and hero's instead of properly building the other 52 spots, it's not going to work out very well?

Good coaches can go to trash teams, maybe add a good coordinator, and those QB's can become effective with some talent around them?
