Pride issues

So I quit my job because I was being wrongly treated (car biz) and I just left. So I get no unemployment and my savings is now tapped. Been on numerous interviews and awaiting responses. Meanwhile my bills are getting passed due and in debt to the sum of 1200 bucks. My gfs mom is offering to spot me so my credit won't get too effed. I honestly dont feel comfortable taking it credit be damned but my girl is saying my pride is getting in the way. What say you NT should I be humbled and take it or wait it out?

Thats a good question..well, what do YOU think? What are the pros and cons to accepting her offer? When could you pay her back? How long have you been looking for another job? Any leads?

Everyone needs help and can use it. She came to you, its not like you asked. I cant make the call for you but if you dont decide to take it, stop talking about it to the gf and just keep looking. If not they will probably keep asking because they fell bad for you and it might upset you even more. Good luck though.

and if you were selling cars...thats like the easiest job in the world to get hired at. just go elsewhere. my dad slapped a guy on the job with his briefcase and was fired. by the end of week he was working at one of their sister stores a few blocks over.

SoleWoman your dad is G.... Utmost respect for him....

But OP I feel where u coming from. In this situation I would take the help tho. I rarely allow my girl (who makes way more than me by the way) to "help" when it comes to things but credit will have longterm repercussions depending on how long you go without work.

But OP I feel where u coming from. In this situation I would take the help tho. I rarely allow my girl (who makes way more than me by the way) to "help" when it comes to things but credit will have longterm repercussions depending on how long you go without work. 
 
Proper English- That's besides the point. But my coworker was in a rough spot and he started going a bit crazy. I mean crazy litterally like he would hear things walk the streets shouting and acting irratically. This was going on for a few weeks and we all were concerned. He got some help (or so we thought) and he comes back and we think he's normal but he seems a bit off. One day I get mcd's breakfast before the company bought us lunch and another co worker called me weird for doing that. My crazy coworker overheard it and thought we were talking about him and was being abrasive towards me so I just flat out told him he was wrong and we were not talking about him with no sugar coating. My manager overhears me saying this and accuses me of taunting the crazy co worker and how I'm no good at my position and dot take anything seriously so I said if you feel that way I quit. End of story.

Manguidai594- pros/ I get out of debt. Show humility. Cons/ in debt to her and have it hanging over my head everytime I see her (wich is quite often) I'd just feel embarrassed.

I really appreciate that she feels so strongly about me to offer any type of money to me. So thats a good thing. As in prospects I have them but the process is takIng longer than I like. It sucks. It's almost been 3 months now since I've worked.

do what you have to do. A bad credit report will loom over you for awhile.

Trust me I know. But I kinda wanna get away from the car biz. It's so sporadic, I loved the car biz so much though it's truly one of the funnest jobs you can have. I maybe taking that route once again if I dont hear back from these hourly retailers pretty soon. But I appreciate all the advice from everyone. Thanks NT fam

Trust me I know. But I kinda wanna get away from the car biz. It's so sporadic, I loved the car biz so much though it's truly one of the funnest jobs you can have. at this point, your self conscience attitude isnt gonna help you all that much
man up, accept the help, and make the quickest possible effort to repay the debt.
nice that you have people to look after you like this-some wouldnt have the luxury of someone lending them money
