Tommy knew the Feds were on them, but then Ghost assured him that everything was cool after he looked at the files at her crib. Ghost hasn't given any type of update to Tommy or anything, and Angela has basically been asking him questions here and there the whole time.

Ghost is foul for that, and the fact that it really hasn't been mentioned tells me something big is gonna come from that.
