Just got the Hasbro Galvatron and added the Shapeways add-on and it made a world of a difference.

Swung by Target this morning and I found him hidden behind some Minecraft figures, is he still hard to find? And yeah, when I looked at him, something just looked off.

I've seen him multiple times in Maryland and then in Dallas over the weekend. I had no intention of getting him until I stumbled across the shapeways site. The helmet and arm peg add on completely make this a must own.

I do wish the Soundwave figure I got was a tad shorter to scale better with the rest of the Titans Decepticons.

Best chug sized Galvatron imo is Unique Toys Mania King. I bought that a cpl yrs ago which sent me down this path. Stopped then just got back into it. Only MPs now though.

ManiaKing was legit. Sold him to get DX9 Tyrant though as like you, I only collect MP's. And 3rd Party Combiners. I actually just finished Hades a couple weeks ago and I was going to wait until the first 4 guys from Poseidon came out but with free shipping, I just decided to get the first two guys since these photos won me over.

Even though I bought Hasbro's TR, Mania King stays as my CHUG Galvatron. Wonky ankles notwithstanding, UT really hit a home run:
-proportions and size are spot on
-caught the second run "vintage" version and they really nailed the colour much better than TR (or even the Takara IMO)
-the light up cannon's a neat little gimmick
-no cumbersome headmaster (in comparison with the TR of course)

just need a Grimlock and a Galvatron. I kinda regret selling my Mania King but always felt he was too big. Don't think we're going to get a better one so may have to buy another Mania King.

Does that even have an ETA yet? I always prefer FansToys versions but when I bought Tyrant last November, it was because I knew Sovereign would take awhile before it came out.

They say 4th quarter of this year but who knows. I'm willing to wait it out unless we get an official before that

I'll wait for a few more reviews until I make my decision.
But I must admit maketoys looks better with mp10.

Haven't posted any toys in a few since everything I've been waiting for drops 4th Qtr and it looks like they're starting to roll in. J4ZZ is a great start and I decided to ship my BBTS POL which has Carnifex and most of the 3rd Party G1 Autobots I was missing. Can't wait.

I like J4ZZ but I feel it's more chug than Masterpiece. Still a great looking figure though
