there's factors to be determined. you can always replace a sunglasses' lense BUT there are things to be considered. some are not doable at all.

if you think your prescription isn't that bad, a good rule of thumb is for sunglasses which have flat lenses (aviators,wayfarers). the higher the prescription, the more limited your choices are.

i used to work for a lense company and we'd sometimes force lenses that aren't supposed to be mounted on certain sunglasses (not advisable) , but since the company partnered with Wal-Mart, we did everything they wanted.

I just bought a pair of Hot today in tortoise/havana. They feel decent, don't feel flimsy but the materials are pretty average. Comparable to Ray Bans. They're also priced like Ray Bans. You should always try on shades first before you buy online anyway. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
