Cleannnn. My next door neighbor has one that used to be a police interceptor and is highly modified, had to get it smogged under the table because it's that modified lol but it's bad, and he has the black cobra wheels that you posted. One mean ride.

Both drivers are guilty parties in this one. What the Ferrari driver did was wrong, but racing on an open road in the daytime is dumb no matter how you slice it.
