^^Just read that a little earlier, great breakdown...I was watching NFL Network and a few of them seem to think we may take Geno and let him wait it out...I trust Chip so if he believes Geno can run his offense well enough then I'd be ok with it I guess. Hell maybe we can get a little Aaron Rodgers situation where he sits for a yr or two then goes on to become a beast

Apparently Chip really wants to have TEs be featured and everything Tommy has written on Zach Ertz has me intrigued too, plus Chip is really familiar with him

I'd say we go for either Geno, Ertz, or Cyprien...I'd be kinda surprised if we take anyone else but we'll see soon

I don't get the Logan pick or fit.. I would have rathered gone with a cb, s or NT.. And I'm not sure he can hold up as a NT

I love the pick, Foles showed no promise, and I would hate to have Foles as a future QB. We'd never get out of the 1st round of the playoffs with Foles, with Barkley he could turn into something, unlikely, but it could happen.

I wouldn't count Foles all the way out yet, but I do agree that we still don't know if he's capable of being an effective starter. I like the Barkley pick.

Foles was a rookie last year under a bad situation, but he clearly wasn't ready for the starting spot. If Vick wasn't so bad and the O-line could block a defensive front of pre-school kids, Foles would've maybe had a chance to sit down and learn more....but he threw picks right into base coverages that showed no signs of being capable of leading any NFL team...


So with that being said, evidently...Philadelphia sports teams have a thing for drafting players with the last name Barkley......if this guy can come in and learn the system right away, I hope he has as much success as Charles did for the Sixers back in the 80's...

It's always good to pick up more players, especially in later rounds, but the strength of any draft is if players can be implemented into a system and produce...hopefully these late round guys can be at least solid picks.
