I had a package sent to the wrong address. Contacted Supreme 3 weeks ago and was told it's the fault of UPS that Supreme provided them my address but somehow UPS sent to a dif address. The chick at Supreme said she was going to get with UPS to see if they can locate it and get back to me. Never heard back. I also contacted UPS a few days later and filed a claim for the lost item. UPS called the next day to say the same thing Supreme told me and that they were trying to locate it and will get back to me. Today I contacted UPS to follow up since I haven't heard anything and was told they can't talk to me further and I have to deal with Supreme. I just sat on hold for Supreme for 2 *****ing hours and nobody picked up. Looks like I will have to file a claim with my bank.
