Old washed Supreme Thread vol. LOCK IT UP!!!

I had a package sent to the wrong address. Contacted Supreme 3 weeks ago and was told it's the fault of UPS that Supreme provided them my address but somehow UPS sent to a dif address. The chick at Supreme said she was going to get with UPS to see if they can locate it and get back to me. Never heard back. I also contacted UPS a few days later and filed a claim for the lost item. UPS called the next day to say the same thing Supreme told me and that they were trying to locate it and will get back to me. Today I contacted UPS to follow up since I haven't heard anything and was told they can't talk to me further and I have to deal with Supreme. I just sat on hold for Supreme for 2 *****ing hours and nobody picked up. Looks like I will have to file a claim with my bank.
 
damn, that's messed up. any time i've had a package lost I've always had to deal with the retailer not the shipper. it should be supreme that refunds you since supreme will get their money from UPS
 
My package hasn't left the ups facility and it's next time my house. Has anyone dealt with this before? I'm supposed to receive it since last Friday.

6 years ago when UPS supposedly dropped off my box logo hoodie, came home to nothing. Contacted Supreme, they told me contact UPS, UPS made me file a police report. In the end, UPS reimbursted Supreme for the amount of the hoodie, then Supreme gave me the refund. Hope you get your issue resolved.
 
tell them you presale it for 1200 because it was a peach box logo and then insure it for taht amount and get 10 times your money?

Mine was delivered to a dif address and signed for by someone so there's proof it didn't come to me. My main issue now is trying to get Supreme on the phone to refund me. It's such a hassle to deal with them sometimes.
 
Got shipping confirm for black beanie on saturday but when I click on the tracking link it says "No information available" Never had this happen to me lol
