I need to expand my Hitchcock experience, (and by 'expand', I mean 'begin'). I just need to know which ones are the most psychologically complex/troubled.Hitchcock's filmography
I don't mind gore if it's a driving force to the overall plot, like Saw and Hobo With A Shotgun. If you don't mind blood, check out stuff from Dario Argento in the 70s. Giallo - idk what the actual translation is but basically they are thrillers with a bunch of blood. Deep Red, Suspiria, and Opera are all considered classic, with my favorite being Suspiria.
Not available to me but *added to search list*.The Vanishing 1988
Star 80
Seen both, from you.Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
The Bad Seed 1956 (backup)

For absolutely no reason there’s Christmas stuff going on in it. So yes, I mean no.Upon finishing, please let the thread know: is this a Christmas movie?
Didn’t you give Strangers on a Train a 2/8? Or was that just a troll post?I would recommend Rear Window, Psycho, and Rope.
If you like those, then I would go with To Catch A Thief, Dial M, and Shadow Of A Doubt.
coolI hated it
Just got this in the mail! Very UNDERRATED horror flick. Great vibes and Billy Zane is funny and scary.
Rare movie where Will Sadler (villain from die hard 2) is a good guy! Great performance.
Speaking of prequels:
Wolfman was so lame to me. They made no attempts to attach you to any of the characters. Father/son dynamic had little emotion and they never explained anything about the so called wolf man or what caused the condition. It felt like something out of the Matrix when they showed what things looked like to the Wolf. Waste of a role for Julia Garner. Starting to wonder if she should just stick to shows as I didn't care for the Royal Hotel either.Wolf man last Friday. It was cool. Nothing special. Invisible man was way better.
