Brian Cox was the prototype of guy-who-was-in-every-movie-that-you-didn’t-the-know-the-name-of, until he became the dad in Succession.

Kyle Chandler, Jessica Chastain, and Bryce Dallas Howard have all been the lead actors in numerous films and series and have won and been nominated for numerous awards. They might not be household names but most people who are into movies and tv shows would probably know their names.

John Carroll Lynch is one whose name I never knew but now know and feel like he's pretty underrated. Nails every role I've seen him in.

Nah. I’ve known about him for years and he’s been in well known projects. The OG on-screen Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter, Uncle Argyle in Braveheart, the chief in Super Troopers. Think he was in some of the X-Men movies too.

*Edit - but he’s a grinder who has over 200 credits on IMDB so he also is in a **** ton of stuff I’ve never heard of:lol:

....ENHANCE

JUST PRINT THE DAMN THING!

Yeah he was in several Bourne movies too. I knew him as characters in all those roles too, but never knew his actual name. The name ‘Brian Cox’ being bland contributes to this phenomenon.

For the two women, sure.

I couldn't name a movie where Kyle was the lead or any awards he won. I mainly know him from FNL. May have been a baseball.or other sports movie, maybe played a racist one time.

Yeah he's definitely most well know for FNL. I think he almost became a household name from that. Maybe not because he hasn't been a lead in anything notable. He's been in some good movies though.

Super 8
Argo
Manchester by the Sea
Zero Dark Thirty
Wolf of Wall Street
Game Night

Bloodlines was good too although I only watched S1

only reasons to have that big of a budget would be to get the majority of the OG cast back, And marketing of course. When the actors/actresses come back to reprise roles and have Oscar nominations this time, they tend to want a lot more skrill. But yeah it’s not like they’re gonna be doing Endgame special effects in a comedy/thriller.

Think we should only expect Daniel Craig back for the sequels and each movie will probably have a different cast of stars

I didn’t see that it was 2 sequels. I thought it was just 1 movie. You’re probably right
