I just saw JLa on Conan. Something is off She really seems like she's on some permanent sugar rush or something. She revealed some stuff about growing up which explained some of her current behavior (nicknamed Nitro in school cuz she was so hyper weird and a spaz) which was funny but as she was saying she was so nervous to be on the show, how she felt she would faint, was sweating, and the way she was acting throughout never really getting comfortable even after the first break I'm beginning to agree with I think @JPZx who said it. I think she's self medicating for something. She does look like she has it together and reasonably under control now though.

Don't be surprised 20 years from now she reveals to the world she's bipolar or schizophrenic or borderline autistic or something along those lines similar to how Michael J. Fox let everybody know he had Parkinson's.

Don Jon was horrible as expected.

The accents between Scarlett and JGL were embarrassing. Scarlett sounded like she was from Boston. JGL, just awful.

I don't know if I just gave JGL a pass (since it's his directorial debut), but I actually dug the film. I liked the direction the movie went in the third act, but was disappointed that it didn't spend another 10-15 minutes to develop the "relationship." Still, IMO, a really nice effort from JGL. Not the type of movie I would suggest to rush out and see, but definitely worth a home viewing.

Always had my doubts about Anchorman II, since I knew it couldn't live up to the original. But the negative feedback I'm hearing is worse than I expected. The only thing keeping me somewhat optimistic is the fact that people, including me, didn't love 1 when they first saw it either. Maybe 2 is also a movie you have to watch more than once to really appreciate.

When Joy (Viola Davis & Terence Howard's daughter) said Hugh Jackman was there & helped tape their mouths... What the heck did she mean? What made Hugh roll back to Melissa Leo's house?

I will say I knew Leo had something to do with it & found it funny the fire bird was sitting outside. Something just didn't sit right with me about the car. My wife was like :x towards the end of the movie when I said it earlier...
