like you could see the moments where Kanye wanted to be somebody else (his real self?) but had to keep his fake smile and head nod going for this sh*t show.

I swear he was mad uncomfortable the whole time.

but that anton pic is spot on!

this is what it is, It ain't because he sounded "proper" or whatever, he sounded like he's been enrolled in the Kardashian Media Training School which is as artificial as it gets

I really have no idea what this dude is thinking anymore after that VMA performance.

I guess the 30 people I'm in the room with are "haters" too :lol

Haven't you felt this way before the VMA's?

:lol

Some of you are adorable....

Rather than being so concerned with what I think, why don't you tell me what you thought of that "performance". Read the words. I certainly don't agree with a lot of what he does.

But that **** was pointless to me. Dude blacked out standing in front of a still shot from National Geographic.

OK.

I actually like that song quite a bit. I just expected more. It's like he either goes all the way right, or all the way left with his ****.

Surely there is a happy medium.

What exactly didn't you guys like about the performance? Not saying you gotta like it, I just want to know what made you guys dislike it?

That performance was pretty good to me. I'm glad he did one of the 5 songs I still listen to from that album.

anybody with a post of the vid yet? aint trying to watch the enitre show to catch one perfvormance

Note. I didn't say I didn't like it persay. It was just incredibly bland to me.

If you're even going to do the VMAs, you usually want to make some kind of statement.

You don't want to make the wrong one.....Miley.

I remember there being some talk about the SNL performance being lackluster and that to me, at least visually, was much better.

Better song in this one though. But everything else was flat to me.

Yeah, I've been focused on your opinion on things since I've been on NT. Thanks for calling me adorable though, morale was low and I needed the boost :rollin You've been ******** on anything Ye related for how long? Let's not act like the performance was your only criticism. I don't even ride for Ye like that, and I generally respect your opinion on anything hip-hop related, but it's been looking like you've had a personal vendetta against dude for whatever reason in this whole damn thread. You've hammered your point in that you don't like what he's doing but keep reiterating it.

Dude. Get over it.

Care to talk about the performance? I haven't heard you say you thought it was good. So me saying it wasn't is some kind of issue for you?

Because amidst all that typing, you still seem more preoccupied with what I think than the topic at hand. For the 2nd time.

We did this dance on the last page. I don't **** on anything Kanye related. I like his music. But like all things, both he and his music are subject to criticism.

At least one intelligent Kanye fan realized that. Some of you emotional types seem incapable of that though. You guys need to get a hold of yourselves.

I'ma stay out of this thread so you can continue the circle jerk though and I don't hurt anymore feelings. K?
