I just don't understand why he feels the need to switch it up when he's in front of a different crowd. I understand if he don't use slang or something in these type of interviews but completely changing your voice? I don't get it.


My boy do that. He's black but when he goes into restaurants or in a professional environment and things like that he changes his voice to sound completely different. It's like night and day. I'm just like bro be your self, if that's not good enough then oh well...

I don't get it, I don't talk to my boss & coworkers like I talk to my homeboys, nor do I carry myself the same when I'm at work. Am I now a sellout? Cause as far as I'm concerned I never leave my blackness at home and I'm not sure how Ye is by simply speaking proper.

I am not equating blackness with speaking proper, I think others on this page were though which is why I brought it up. And cornball brotha was what he was called on the last page, so clearly someone is calling him a sellout. So catering to an audience is doing what exactly?
