I'm talking out of my butt when I say that you guys ain't trying to see our front court when healthy. That's just me getting pumped for mysquad.
But in the reality of it all, the Warriors are scary, and that ain't no joke. Which makes me want to see you guys in the first round. I'drather lose to a good team if you guys pull it off.

^well without Bynum/Gasol the warriors match up MUCH better with the Lakers. With both those back in the postseason, I honestly don't think the series willbe more than 6 games, and the Lakers should win. Moreso Bynum...while we're dangerous and capable of knocking out most teams out of the playoffs, ifwe're missing our shots and out of rhythm, and let's say the Lakers just feed Bynum all game long, we have no chance at all.

if we make the playoffs i'd much, much rather see houston first, lakers second. haha

hahahah that horse poop call where fisher tackled monta and pretended to gimp? shoulda been a no-call if anything that would have not been a foul onfisher.

We have MAJOR trouble with Bynum himself, imagine what the Trio of Bynum, LO, and Gasol would do to us.

Not good.

Ok, I've vented enough in the game thread... now I enter the season thread

.

Sucks how we lost today's game, but coming into this home-and-home-back-to-back, I was originally hoping for a split... guess what... that's what wegot. I know it hurts in the way we lost game 2, but in the big picture, Dirk is still out for the Mavs and we face them 2 times in the next week and a half (orsomething close to that). We have to take care of Denver when we play them too. It's going to be tough getting into the playoffs, but we can do it. Ifanything, the Warriors showed me heart and grit today.

Go Warriors!

Nelson needs to talk to the damn squad about closing games. how do you go up by double digits two games in a row and let them comeback in both games

Well, I mean you guys did run us out of Oracle in that second game of the series even with a healthy Bynum.

I attended the first game of the series at Staples, and I ain't going to lie, it was a joy to watch BD back in LA (word to UCLA), and watching Monta andAzabuike play. Dudes are legit.

I'm still heated about the loss but I'll sleep it off. Gotta get that Blazer game on Thursday. No excuses.

I wonder how Bob Delaney got out of the arena alive.

Ehh.. not yet... Dude needs to play better defensively to get that title. I know he's been good in the past couple of games, but he needs to do it on amore consistent basis.

Buke's play recently has been really good, and we'll really need him down the stretch here to make the playoffs...hopefully Nellie doesn't take himout of the rotation again. We'll need everyone we got.

And I like how BWright is getting more burn recently....

....looking back at this game, i just hope this somehow sparks a fuse into the warriors to go on a mad streak like last year.

no comparison.

only reason i bring that up is 'cause looking at his last few games, and the games where he's gotten 20+ minutes-- he's done a fine job on theboards, takes the open jumper, and hustles on defence .

co-sign all that. i really wish it would sink in to Nelson that 8 man rotation is not enough, and starters that consistently log 40+ minutes isdangerous.

seriously. just like the ending to the wizards game. It would be great to get hot like last year again

Horrible way to lose tonight, but we must move on. Hopefully, we can come out on fire on thursday (national tv), proving barkley wrong again would be awesome. What makes tonight bad call so tough to swallow is Denver won, and we didnt get a chance to take the final shot. I just KNOW BDiddy was going to hit that 3 atthe buzzer. I felt that !%@% coming.

Yeah, no comparison between Buike/Shaun.

Question for you Warriors fans, because I knew it'd get locked as a topic..

If you had a choice, would you rather have Kevin Martin or Monta Ellis? K-Mart is IMO a better all-around shooter, he's just as quick IMO as well, slightlybigger with the same build, long, but Monta seems to get more shine.

So, if you had to choose, which one?

Only really clear cut advantage Martin has over Monta is Martin's size... makes him more of a 2 while Monta's size keeps him as a tweener guard andthis would help on the defensive end where Baron usually guards the 2 and Monta takes the 1. I also realize that Martin shoots and makes more 3's thanMonta, but Monta's driving ability plus midrange is better than Martin's. But when talking about both these player's games overall, I'd chooseMonta over Martin.

I guess I'm kinda biased 'cause Monta is my favorite player on the team (tied with Baron) but I'd rather have Monta. Monta is their fast breakand gives them so many easy points.

Sorry to make another post, but I'm hoping someone can answer my question.

My sister said that she was listening to the game on KNBR 680 last night and there was an ad that said Baron would be at Sheikh in San Francisco tomorrow. Idunno any information other than that so if anyone has any further info (time, which Sheikh, confirmation, etc) that would be great. Thanks.
