Pedro Feliz would be a steal in the 4th to 5th round.

I just changed the Minimum Innings Pitched from 7 per week to 24 per week. The reason being is to discourage teams from just trying to win ERA and WHIP withjust closers and middle relief guys. You would need actual Starters to get to 24 innings a week to let your pitching stats hold up. Another reason is becauseby the middle of the season I guarantee you that there will be at least one inactive team (though I hope everyone will be to make it more fun) and inactiveteams have a better chance to win ERA and WHIP because they might have a stud SP and a bunch of injured P and yeah that's another reason why I changed theMinimum Innings Pitched.

A cap on # of players? I'm not sure I understand you question. If you're asking how many players on a team, 21 players on a team. C, 1b, 2b,3b, SS, OF, OF, OF, UTIL, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, Bench, Bench, Bench, Bench, Bench. For me that week is finals week for me
