Official Umar Johnson Thread

Sure, put why should people ignore observable reality, and basic civics to agree with Umar's lies

Maybe Umar should try to make truthful cogent criticisms, and not rely on hot takes

This ain’t the thread for that. This is the UMAR thread :pimp:

But Generally, a lot of **** from his past. As well as some **** present day. It ain’t rocket science. Everybody can be criticized.
What's the thread for it? The one thing that doesn't get talked about in the politics thread seems to be biden. There wasn't one word said about the syria bombing for instance. It's relevant since umar just talked about it in an interview.

His thoughts on homeschooling during the pandemic has been pretty interesting thus far

He preaching on some parts. I enjoyed the part where he spoke to the declining birth rates and potential loss of demographic power for white people....and how throughout history, they reluctantly assimilate different groups (normally from Europe) into whiteness to maintain white supremacy. It will never be the black man tho.

CTG remains thoughtless man. It’s kinda wild how much listening and learning he does...but still only a surface level thinker and reactionary. Why they elevated this *****, is beyond me.

This could’ve been a multilayered convo, but it fell short.

I would like to know how the School Parent Bootcamp goes and what is being told those parents. I trust him on that front from hearing him speak on the topic of Parenting kids identified has having learning/cognitive disabilities.

I hear what he is saying about us not having to build our own institutions from scratch. (re: The School).

Hope he finds some craftsmen and gets the school up and running.

definitely, i'm not sure if i've heard him speak on thus subject before if it was just a point discssed elsewhere but it's very valid. I remember them highlighting the irish & italians specifically as groups who were treated horribly by white people when they arrived, only to later be "accepted" out of fear that they will become the minority. Evil on their part but it's effective as hell when trying to amount power.

Meanwhile social media seems to make it a point to splinter black people into 1000 different groups, let alone trying to form another alliance with a different groups. Like it's complete insanity that black & Latinos are always at war despite the same conditions.

This is a good book that goes over the history of "whiteness" as a human construct. And the destructive force it has been

"Most of what we learn in college is not economically relevant in the Black community."

What do yall think of think of him saying he would send every Black kid to trade school to make enough money to pay for some higher education as well as having skills to be useful to society.

Intersectionality politics

So we can use this thread to say why Umar was wrong for the way he criticized biden but not on the right way to do it and what he should be held accountable for

They convienently became “white” during the civil rights era. Bronx Tale or Goodfellas and a couple other mob joints touch on this from time to time.

The same “ghettos” that were poverty stricken and crime ridden...with the biggest and original “gangesters” in the inner city with the highest murder rates ever in places like “Chicago” were done by people now considered “white” who were able to become politicians and assimilate into American culture once they were given access due to proximity of skin color.

The last season of FARGO on FX with Chris Rock and the Irish/Italian members touches on this brilliantly.

I think kids, not just black kids, should consider trade jobs moreover going straight into college. In Vegas, there are actually programs where companies go into HS to recruit, because we have such a shortage of construction workers. So it is sound advice to tell kids that they should consider trades.

However, every black kid :lol, Umar should maybe take a Labor Econ class. When you rely on markets for freedom, markets change and you can get the short end of the stick.

In theory it's an excellent idea for a few reasons

1) Like he stated the necessity for skilled labor isn't going anywhere, even in this digital age.
2) it allows more income to be generated earlier
3) it allows you to mature & gain footing in the world before you but yourself in 5 figures of debt trying to "figure it out"

Now with that said schooling isn't cheap & figuring out funding for that would be tricky, but the thought itself seems really practical.

Yea, I think people have finally gotten over the, "College for Everyone" foolishness that has been pushed over the last 15 years.

In Virginia, there have been local construction companies that have been directly recruiting from some of the schools there, which is a good look.

Here in DC we have practically taken all trades out of the high school that don't involve Barber/Cosmetology. Wood shop/Carpentry is non-existent when compared to what we had 20 years ago.

So maybe things will improve in the next 10 years. (Hopefully)

I come in Peace. (Seriously)

1. When Umar/Tariq (and others) ask for bills proposed / acts passed for Black Specific affairs, there is often pushback from a certain audience. Can you explain to me why that is the case?
2. What context is usually being left out when people like Umar/Tariq say other groups get preferential treatment over us when it comes to getting laws passed EXCLUSIVELY protecting them?

I know you don't mess with either of them but just interested in what I might be missing.

People tend to look at the overall view when discussing these gentlemen. Inconsistencies, disingenuous commentary.
