When it says " confirm via email". For those that did these type of raffles before knows that everyone gets an email sent to confirm their email address, pretty much it just means to validate your entry. Doesn't mean you win or lose. However, since it seems like almost no one got email confirmation for these, but now.......a select few did.......maybe those are the chosen winners.....who knows, definitely a bit confusing now.
