That's weird. I returned my silk cowboy shirt from a couple of seasons ago and they refunded me. I would call back and speak to another rep. Another reason why I only use my AMEX card for these kind of purchases because if the store doesn't take it back AMEX will take it from you and refund you your money up to 1000 per calendar year.

Did they refund you or give you merchandise credit ?

Keep the stickers and don't worry about the no tags. Sometimes they come that way.

They put building 3 Box 340 but USPS changes it to just UNIT 340. No building # or anything.

Lol, easier said than done. UPS, Fedex, and USPS do not let me create a label using that address. They all change to UNIT 340.
