They keep cutting pricing, and deliveries are down. Means margin pressure and needs to downgrade projections.

They're down 43% YTD. No positive news anywhere. I'd hope they rally, but doesnt look good at all. Might have to DCA out.

In the US, people who want Tesla's already own them. Tesla dropped the ball when they didn't make cars that most could afford.
In China you can get an electric car below $10k and prices are being slashed for that car. China is Tesla's second largest market.

Tesla is in trouble. Facing a glut of supply, a decrease in demand, and govt tax credits rolling off. They have a great future with FSD and humanoid robots, but it’s just too far away. This could be a multi year bear story before the next leg up materializes.

Tesla needs to sell cars, otherwise any rally is a short term bear rally.

The problem is the styling is dated, Elon has upset a lot of the demographic that buys his cars, increased competition, and many of the remaining people who have not bought electric cars are not going to buy one until there are more technological advances in charging the cars.

I’m not in the market for a new car, but I’m not buying a Tesla personally even if I was. Hybrid > electric until we have FSD.

People made fun of me saying Tesla is nothing more than a first mover. And it’s proving to be true. Sadly my initial prediction that they are a great battery company is also failing because their batteries aren’t better than other companies
