We’re up about 20% off lows on nasdaq.
About 15% on ES, 17% on russell.
I’d be cautious of going long here, seeing resistance levels ahead. I don’t expect this run to continue without a pull back but personally I’m expecting a leg down and new lows soon.

The FAO Food Price Index fell 8.6% in July 2022, the biggest price fall in over three years.
Global supply chain stress at 18-month low in July, NY Fed's index shows
Stress on global supply chains eased in July to the lowest level since January 2021 as port congestion and other snags eased, the New York Federal Reserve reported on Thursday, in its latest update to a worldwide index of supply problems.
