I’m still wearing DMP 7’s from 2009, so I don’t see why not.Apologies if I'm in the wrong forum... Are the Jordan 7 hares from 2015 wearable? Thanks in advance.
This won’t mess with the materials like on the og TS1s or off white 4s?
So I’ll be getting some barge cement glue .
Anything special I need to know about some ds og 13s? Separating more on the right pair but inevitably both will completely fall off. I can peel back enough to see the forefoot zoom but no further. I ain’t peeling back anymore just yet.
Any recommendations on tutorials?
I've never seen on on NT, this is pretty much it. This thread is helpful but it's all over the place.I've seen some restorers use foam to replace busted airbags in nikes and jordans. They cut a piece of the foam to fit within the space in the midsole designated for the airbag. Any guidance on what kind of foam to use? Have to assume the more dense the better. Thanks in advance.
Is there a thread dedication to restorations?
Have you tried using a magic eraser and gently wiping the spots?Anyone ever safely/successfully remove color stains from white foamposite material?
When I did my OG penny 2s I used multiple insoles and they are super comfortable.I've seen some restorers use foam to replace busted airbags in nikes and jordans. You're looking for EVA foam, NT used to be the place to go for help with restorations at one time. Now not so much, this thread doesn't move much. I think the site could gain alot from having a subsection dedicated to restorations instead of just a threadI've seen some restorers use foam to replace busted airbags in nikes and jordans. Yes, with limited success…may try another round of it. Thanks!Have you tried using a magic eraser and gently wiping the spots?
Yeah it can be a bit of a process to make sure you don’t scuff or damage the foam, but I’d give it a couple more tries and see if you can get the rest. Even try adding a tiny bit of dish soap to the wet part of the eraser.Yes, with limited success…may try another round of it. Thanks!
They're starting to yellow. The same thing happened to me on the He Got Game 13's.
Anyone with ideas on these (glue?) spots? Not sure what they are. Please quote so I see.
I would get some super fine sandpaper and lightly try to remove the frayed parts of the scratch. It should help.I just scraped my Breda against a metal drawer that one of my dumbass coworkers left open and it left a giant scuff mark on the tie box.
Is there any coming back from this?
…or should I just throw them away?
Appreciate that.I would get some super fine sandpaper and lightly try to remove the frayed parts of the scratch. It should help.
Take your time and if it’s not working back to the drawing board.Appreciate that.
Maybe she has sweaty feet…I mean it’s only an iron on sticker. The wife has worn these a total of two times and already the Nike logo on the insole's are wearing off. A testament to quality?
