Well, my right foot is technically 11.5 inches long and my left foot is just under 12 inches. My feet are somewhat narrow.

I have fairly narrow feet but I tend to size down to make sure my right foot fits snug even at the cost of having my left shoe fit a little too tight. If I size based off my longer foot, the toe room on my right foot annoys me to death.
My Adidas sizing is wack:
1.0 - sz 12 (sz 11.5 for Wools & sz 11 for RC)
3.0 - sz 11 (CNY 3.0 only shoe I have at the moment)
BAPE NMD - sz 12
PK NMD (Tricolors, French Beige and Winter Wool) - sz 11
PK NMD (Black Monochrome, Japan Black & Japan Grey) - sz 11.5
OG Jordan 1 sizing is usually sz 12.
