con won imo. Tsu has some really ill bars, just not enough of them. Some of his punches were ridiculous, but then it'd be surrounded by nothing. Con had a bag of punches. Made me pause a couple times so I could reflect on what I just heard lol

2-1 Con but had Surf continued his 3rd instead up pulling up short it would've been debatable.

I think Surf cut his last verse short cause he was genuinely hurt by those STD bars and felt like he was losing.
He tried to pre-emptively address that like 3 times.
Second verse he tried to out-thug Con but the bars weren't there.
His first verse was crazy though, the Pau, Howard on the block line was ******ed.

I feel like Surf ended his 3rd verse short to avoid "choking." He's done it before. I give it to Con 2-1 just cause Tsu needed more material that 3rd round. His bars definitely hit harder. Classic battle tho. Hollow must got something for Lux, this like his third time calling him out on camera since he been out.
