Requiring a voter to verify her identity with a photo ID at the polling place is a reasonable requirement widely supported by Texans of all races and members of the public belonging to both political parties

While the 5th Circuit faulted the Texas law for its discriminatory effect, the appeals court reversed Ramos' finding that that state legislators acted with a racially discriminatory purpose when they passed the measure.

Literally in the sentence you quoted and bolded part of, it says this.............and you still ignore it.

-There are people in the GOP that have openly said that law helps the GOP because is disproportionately hurt groups that tend to vote democrat. And then making it harder for certain groups to access IDs. That one two collab is the giveaway of the intent

And the key finding in the case however, goes against what you and your boo Blco where preaching, that the law is not discriminatory because it applies to everyone.

How I'm I moving the goal post by telling you that voter ID laws are in other places too. It goes to my point that in some states, they required ID and then made it harder for minority groups to get IDs. That is the dead giveaway
