If he loses, you're happy. If he wins, they money will help offset the feelings of terror.


Poor Gary Johnson, dudes that ain't even running got a better shot than him.

I was planning on hedging too for those very reasons.

The list of things that they believe warrant surveillance was wild. Some of it made sense but some of it seemed like a complete waste of time.

Some of it seems borderline orwellian. Of course it's likely just me but it seems like they tried their best to pass this bill quietly too. I only heard about it today after the vote.

I'm not necessarily against some degree of surveillance but politicians always try to cross the line of what I would consider reasonable. It has its positives and negatives. On one hand we highly value our privacy here but on the other hand pretty much everyone considers our counter-terrorism and justice system horribly inefficient.

Bernie Sanders is doing the right thing and he played this right the whole time. He got the compromise he wanted from Hilary Clinton and is ready to endorse. Sanders understand you can't just treat the political process like you're favorite sports team, the stakes are two high (especially this year) to play the old my favorite guy didn't get it so i'll vote for the other guy or not at all.

Or opting to not choose neither of the evils, because you know, you have a choice. If somebody told you to choose between getting shot or stabbed but you knew you had the option of choosing neither, you'd still choose the lesser of two evils?

A conservative SCOTUS would have the power to undermine every single progressive policy.

One third of the Federal government can be locked I to being progressive for the next couple decades. Makes perfect sense why a former Bernie supporter that isn't fond of Hillary would still be running to vote for her.

-And to that, if Trump wins and the GOP keeps the Senate, they might have e a chance at a super majority in 2018.

If the other guy is an unqualified racist absolutely. 

But more importantly I would prefer people be willing to see that there is a good reason the person they claim to support (Sanders) is endorsing the other person (Clinton). Sanders understands this isn't time for personal grudges which he never even had against Clinton like some of his supporters seem to have. He stayed in race to pull Clinton closer to what he wanted in a candidate (in case the candidate wasn't him) which is what his supporters wanted in a candidate and now he will hold her to those things they have come to an understanding on just like we all should now.

Not voting in this election is to risky and also something I have no doubt in my mind Sanders himself would be against.

GOP will keep the Senate. Those elections and my local elections I'm vested in because I know what's at stake, President, not so much because the SCOTUS and House and Senate are bigger in terms of political power.

We'll definitely see who decides to not vote come midterms, which have that history of going to the GOP because nobody votes in them forreal.

I don't see how that's a valid comparison. If you choose neither in this election, it won't matter since one of these two will get elected anyway you're offering three choices in your scenario

And Hillary is a rubberband, he pulled her to where he wanted but once she wins, she'll snap back to her comfort zone

Regardless of who's in office, Black America will still be fighting for their lives.
