This country is despicable man...they really got behind this idea QUICK...government can’t even provide schools with proper equipment, good school lunch, programs, but they have money to train teachers adequately on how to neutralize something like an active shooter, on top of that provide a cash incentive as if that alone won’t push a lot of underpaid teachers to jump on ship...what a subtle way to push more gun sales...
