And to follow up on my last post is the cowardice on their end is what sickens me. Unless they’re nothing but GOP plants, they had no problem getting downright nasty, disruptive and disrespectful and President Biden’s rallies and Vice President Kamala’s rallies. Calling this dude Genocide Joe and whatever else. Yet crickets from them during Trumps first term, more upcoming crickets in term 2 and inbetween they never found the time to pull up on any other GOP rallies, yet somehow found their way to plenty of Dem events.

They got no problem standing on business acting tough at a Biden rally but are scared of any potential confrontation at a Trump rally. Na, you gotta show the same energy.

Then it gets framed as we won’t get anything from a Trump rally. So I guess forget making your presence visible, forget making him and his followers uncomfortable. We’re only down to speak up and disrupt under the most convenient of circumstances. That’s weak.

your hr doesn't know the laws? anytime I met with hr at my last job it was always them, the supervisor, sometimes the owner and a lawyer then I'd have my representation and usually just walk out.

it was legit like going to court.

HR is familiar with employment law, but HR is definitely not lawyers. You sound like you’re talking about labor/employment matters. There’s so much more that companies have to be concerned about than labor and employment. If you’re relying on HR as lawyers for your company, then you’re ******. I’m saying this as a lawyer.
