Na the local courts ok'd him living there based on some loophole. So Trump is complaining about them raiding “his home”?
Wasn’t there something about him not being able to legally live there? Has he just incriminated himself again?
Trump when he catches up to Biden and ends up catching the Executive fade
The Republican meltdown is hilarious
“DEFUND THE FBI/DOJ!!!”
“If they can do it to a former president, they can do it to you too”
…That’s how no one above the law is supposed to work, geniuses
“The FBI MUST disclose their warrant/reasoning!!!”
…Trump can release the search warrant himself at any time. But of course that’d mean making public the crimes listed in the search warrant and reasons as to why they would likely find proof to support those suspected crimes
As far as I know, sealed just mean that nobody can view the court filing?I agree with a lot of what you said but the warrant is sealed from what I understand, so he can’t release it.
Right. This is my understanding as well. Just like Trump made public that his house was raided, he can post the warrant. As far as I know, sealed just mean that nobody can view the court filing?
Wouldn’t a gag order be required to prevent Trump from disclosing details from the sealed warrant?
