He wasn't willing to compromise and accept some of Sinema's positions, he pushed for things she said she won't vote for, and he didn't talk to her. This doesn't seem like the actions of someone who wants this to pass.
Think he is perfectly happy with Sinema killing it and we get nothing.
If by some miracle she agrees, he still gets to brag about killing BBB.
So again, he probably doesn't care. He already pretty much told the party this months ago
