I agree, it might work better as b/w but the pattern bothers me..Originally Posted by elboricua 6
i like adding grain to pictures
i dislike when its just to noisy to the point that the colors start having lines like bonding from it ..
thats just my taste ..
I just received what I needed in order to say that I am now 100% sure the Nikon D5000 will be released in few hours. The specs in the previous post are also 100% correct.

Haha.. It would be hilarious if Nikon decides to add zero for each new camera they drop.Originally Posted by SaNTi0321

It's rumored to retail for $800.
This isn't meant to compete with the D90 though, the D90 is a whole different beast. This camera just mixes some features from the D90 and D60 for a great package. Just like they mixed the XSi with the 5D Mk ii for the T1i. It's going to be hard choosing between the two.

EDIT: Can someone confirm that the Nikon ASP-C (cropped sensor) is actually smaller than the Canon ASP-H cropped sensor? I just read that on wikipedia, but that sounds pretty strange to me.
? Canon doesn't use that 1.3x APS H sensor anymore. the T1i has a 1.6x CMOS which is basically the same thing as the XSi plus some megapixels.Originally Posted by NikeAirsNCrispyTees
Ouch. Thanks, Santi. With that said, and after reading the product description and shots here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/...oref?ie=UTF8&s=photo
I may have to convert to Canon...
It does...Originally Posted by elboricua 6
Santi I thought the 1D series used 1.3 sensors???
