Man, honestly - they leave some streets in disrepair just to discourage high speeds...like speed bumps...i kid you not

patchwork on some lookin like spiderm-man's web after a few years & few applications like - dat dont help with the bumps yall

potholes to deter driving fast? i mean.. i can see how it works but i mean these major cities already are crowded or overcrowded. how can that be a thing?

The leftover snow isn't even any kind of soft. It's straight up solid like ice.
