Go to sleep, stay asleep, or both?we need to figure out how to get a 1 year old to sleep
i hope soi look back on those days and laugh. trust me man, it does get better. for us, the first 3 months were exhausting but my son settled down really well after that.
Food. Keep their belly full.we need to figure out how to get a 1 year old to sleep |I
As hard as it seems, the only way to get them to stay asleep is for them to cry it out and realize nobody is coming in to put them back to sleep. We always went in and checked on my son when he cried and now at 5 he still needs one of us to help get him back to sleep if he wakes in the night. With our daughter we decided after she was a year old to try letting her cry it out and after that week of hell it got much better. She will still cry out sometimes, but usually only if she's not feeling well or there's a reason other than just to let us know she's awake.stay asleep
As tough as letting them cry it out is at first, it makes things much easier once they are sleep trained. I don't know how it would be training a 1 year old, but it's worth a shot. We did it with both of our kids when they were 6 months and it worked out great.

Mines too
My daughter's two bottom teeth have finally broke through!
Then, I noticed while she was laughing that her four top teeth are beginning to break through...that explains a lot in her change of attitude.
it gets better man, my lady milk supply dried up and we on to formula.
thursday marks baby girl as 1 month, man i feel like a zombie...
It's crazy how each kid has different timeframes for milestones...My daughter is 13 months lol
Mines too
her bottom 3 are coming in and she cant keep her hand out her mouth. she turns 5 months tomorrow.
It gets easier once they're a little more independent. My daughter is cool to leave in the walker with her toys now so less having to carry her and she tires herself out sometimes also.thursday marks baby girl as 1 month, man i feel like a zombie... :x
Yup this. We try to make that last bottle a full 6 oz so she can knockout all night. Right now she's teething so it's hit or miss but when she's not she would be out all night.Food. Keep their belly full.we need to figure out how to get a 1 year old to sleep |I
Ya we had the same we tried rice to early so had to go back to formula. Now she's eating the food my girl makes along with rice and formula. Some days she loves the food other days all she wants is formula.Mines too

did anybody have constipation problems?
the dr recommended we lay off the rice for a while bc her body might not be ready to digest it.
we gave her prune and apple juice 2 weeks ago and still no change.
