I'd size up on these. That's just me. If y'all gonna buy online, I'd recommend go trying them out at your local shoe spot first

i wouldnt size up unless youve tried them on and theyre too small but just to go off someone elses foot and size up wouldnt be best imo

both of mine are good at TTS, freshwaters are perfect TTS and emerald at snug but comfy TTS

I went up half a sz from my normal TTS cuz they have straps. AnyNike retro with straps I sz up on.
