Today is April Fools Day. Anyone who says the Jets re-signed Fitz at any point until 12AM EST (which will then be April 2nd), will be reported and I will personally PM Meth to permaban you.

Have a great day fellas :D .

lmfao... $36 mill in guaranteed money.
This isn't Miami the last few years.

Hahahahahaahhahaha. Undertaker and Romo pics are hilarious.

April Fool's jokes are lame unless you do a great one. I'm too old for that **** but I can appreciate and acknowledge when a good one is done.

That Schefter tweet was fake, but these ain't.
@Connor_J_Hughes
NFLPA salary cap figure is updated, #Jets have $719,647 in available cap space. That’s lowest in the NFL. Only team below $1m.
...
Jason Goldstein@JayGoldsteinEsq
@BrianCoz Brian, the Jets' six draft picks are already accounted for in this revised cap #, correct?
...

Well damn. No wonder they lowballing Fitz.

There's clearly gonna be some cuts/restructures in the near future. Who stays, who goes? @macbk @nickmaz96

Revis' deal last season is definitely a big part of the mess and no way in hell he restructures :rolleyes .

A guy like D'Brick should be restructured ASAP, but he has leverage because who else are the Jets going to get at LT in free agency? No body. Giacomini is buns, was hoping he'd be cut when the offseason began but I don't see it happening at this rate.

Brick Ferguson's cap hit is something like $14M :smile:x) & Giacomini is making $5M.

really hope we restruture Brick & cut Breno

I mean... DBrick isn't blocking for anyone so what does it matter?

Marshall and Decker were unreal last year

It will be a shame if they arent able to do their thing this year because Revis getting his money is more important than the success of the team

Then again Fitz shined because of Marshall and Decker, not the other way around. Hopefully they can just plug someone in and get similar production. Interested to see how it plays out
